STORE POLICIES

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied or do not connect with your My Trendy Trailer purchase, we’d like to work with you to make it right! Please see below for details on our policy for repairs, returns, refunds, and exchanges.

JEWELRY REPAIRS

We will always repair our jewelry at no charge, freely and joyfully. Why? Because life happens! Our materials are durable, but please send them back for repair if they didn’t hold up on your last excursion. Seriously, be stylish no matter what you’re doing, even if it breaks our jewelry. We made it, we can probably fix it. And if not, we’d like to replace it.

ALL ITEMS - RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES 

If you have changed your mind about a purchase, feel free to bring it back to us. We’d love it if you’d allow us the opportunity to find something else in our collection that resonates with you to exchange. If not, we can arrange a return. We ask that returns be made within 30 days of the original purchase. Items should be unworn and in new condition, with tags. We will look up the receipt for the purchase in our system to process a refund. Purchases made with a gift card or that for any reason cannot be traced to a receipt in our system will be issued store credit. Online orders can be returned to the store or shipped back at the customer's expense.

STORE PICKUP ORDERS

MTT offers online shopping with an option for Store Pickup. Upon fulfillment of the order, customers will receive an email notification that the order is ready for pickup. All items must be picked up within 90 days. Orders that remain at the store longer than 90 days will be considered abandoned and MTT reserves the right to discard, donate, or resell items.
