Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you bought. If it’s not quite right, we’ll make it easy to fix.
What can be returned
- Regular-priced items
- Within 30 days of purchase
- Must be unworn, in new condition, with tags attached
What can’t be returned
- Sale items (final sale)
- Gift cards
- Personal items (makeup, skincare, perfume, etc.)
Refunds vs. Store Credit
- Original payment method → refunded to that method
- Gift card purchases → store credit
- Orders we can’t verify → store credit
Online Orders
- Return in-store or ship back to us
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Return Shipping Requirements (Important)
To protect your items in transit, all returns must be sent back the same way they were received:
- Items must be returned in the original packaging (box or mailer)
- Items must be placed back in their protective poly bag/sleeve
- Hats must be returned in a box (not a bag) to prevent damage
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or don’t meet the conditions above won’t be accepted.
Returns that are damaged due to improper packaging (water damage, crushed items, etc.) may be denied or subject to a reduced refund.
Return shipping:
- Purchased Checkout+ → free return label provided
- Didn’t purchase Checkout+ → customer covers return shipping
