This is the cold weather one, and it is one of the nicest hats melin makes. The Scout THERMAL is engineered with Climate Adapt Technology, meaning the fibers in the crown contract or expand with your body temperature, so you stay warm without cooking. The exterior Merino wool resists soaking up rain and snowmelt, and it is finished with a hand oiled Nappa leather visor and strapback, which is what makes it feel like a real object rather than a promotional cap. Built on the Coronado shape, so it sits shallow and relaxed. Black, in S, Classic, and XL.
