The side ruching is doing real work here, gathering the fabric where a fitted top usually pulls so it still looks good at 6pm. Lightweight cotton knit, a wide neckline that sits open across the collarbone, and shirred armholes that keep the shape soft. It is snug on purpose, and it layers under a blazer or cardigan without adding bulk.

How to style:
- Tuck it into wide leg trousers and add a heeled boot
