If other hats come out too tight across the forehead or too shallow on top, start here. The Compass has a wider curved visor and taller crown panels for a deeper fit, and melin built it specifically to work across the widest range of head shapes. HYDRO construction does the rest: hydrophobic crown panels bead water off rather than absorbing it, the hat is water repellent and floats if it goes in, and the antimicrobial sweatband and moisture wicking lining keep it comfortable through a full day. Seven colorways in Small, Classic, and XL.
When to wear this:

- Kayaking, fishing, and boat days
